Looking back

If you want to stand out from the crowd, you should work in a change-making organization to acquire a set of abilities that set you apart from others. When I think back on my time at Amal Academy, I recall being a little apprehensive about expressing myself in public. In these three months, Amal Academy has provided me with an environment in which I can learn and improve every day. Every time, the rate of growth accelerated.

The first two weeks at Amal were a little perplexing, but there was also a sense of exhilaration that something new was occurring in my life. During the first two weeks, I did some self-reflection to determine what are the most important abilities or objectives that I require in my personality in order to succeed in my professional career.

In the first week of fellowship, I felt completely confused. We began by going over the fundamental that I had already learned through various classes. When I first joined, I thought we’d learn everything in the online meeting and it’d be a simple procedure, but our APM informed that we’d also have to submit the PW every week, which hurt. Completing PW was a difficult work for me, but as our learning capacities grow, our minds sharpen, and PW becomes a part of our lives.

Every step you take in our lives puts us on a new road that prepares us for our future professionally and mentally. By joining Amal, I made a step forward. Now that I’ve reached the end of this voyage, I’m noticing certain changes in my professional demeanor. That influence continues to have an impact on my life.
